In your first session your trainer will ask you to perform a series of fitness tests to determine if you have any muscular imbalances or muscular compensations in your movements. You will also fill out the REK Training health and wellness questionnaire. Your trainer will use the information collected from the fitness tests and questionnaire to develop a personalized workout to fit what you “Need” and what you “Want” from your workout.
REK Training provides personal and group training from a new age, unique perspective. Our philosophy is to teach you how to exercise correctly, in turn, protecting yourself from injury. We teach you the tools of motivation, how to optimize yourself. We want you to achieve high levels of physical fitness and live a healthy life style. We do not pressure you to do anything you do not want to do. We work with you. REK trains your mind to be mentally tough enabling you to be motivated and exercising on your own. The workouts are designed to be fun and enjoyable. Our success is when you begin to look forward to the next workout.
