It is important to me that all of my clients reach their fitness goals and have 100% satisfaction after working with an REK Trainer.  Here are some comments from current and past clients:

GEORGE PARROS   Anaheim Ducks, NHL

"Ryan helped me improve my balance to help me compete against the toughest guys in the NHL. He works you hard but I can see and feel the results"

“I have just completed eight sessions of personal training with Ryan.

My goal was to increase leg strength and improve my balance. My improvement has been phenomenal, particularly considering my age (78 years old). Ryan is an exceptionally knowledgeable trainer. He makes exercise enjoyable and most rewarding. Just want you to know, you certainly have a winner in Ryan.”

“Ryan really knows his business. In this hectic industry, I’m in constant need of energy and motivation. He’s got the charm and wit women enjoy working with, and the no excuses, take no prisoners attitude us guys need.”

Debra Burley

“I’ve worked with Ryan for the past 8 months, and in that time I’ve seen the incredible metamorphosis of my body. From reducing the “trouble spots” to sculpting definition into my arms and legs, the “Ryanator” has helped me accomplish what 2 other trainers could not in half the time.”

"Ryan Kravetz has had an enormous impact on my life. I first met him after a very disappointing hockey season when I was on a team which didn’t accept me for who I was, but hazed me because I was, at the time, injured, and under doctor's orders not to play. Because of the injury my season was cut drastically short and I was left without a place to play.  When Ryan, who was at that time the head coach of the other major team in town, heard that I was released, he met with me and gave me a shot to come play for him when I was ready.  Although all we talked about in that first encounter was his team and my rehab, I knew that I had finally found someone who I would be able to relate to and really learn from. When I was finally healed I joined his team and we did extremely well, going to the State Championships. During the off-season I began training with him. We worked five to six times a week. His program transformed my body, my athletic performance, and my work-ethic. Even more importantly, however, was how he trained my mind, emphasizing ‘staying in the moment’ and ‘focusing under pressure.’
Ryan trained my ability to focus the same way he trained my body.  My top goal that summer was to make the L.A. Jr. Kings Major Midget AAA 18 and Under team, the top team in the state, and one of the premier clubs in the Nation at the amateur hockey level. Although at first nervous and self-doubting, the mental toughness I had developed under Ryan allowed me to believe in myself the week that tryouts came around. Not only did I make the team, but had an amazing year with them, winning the State Championship, the Regional Championship, and finishing third in the country at the U.S. Nationals, after knocking off the defending champions in the quarterfinals. In school this new found confidence allowed me to work hard, and push the edge academically. A cumulative 4.2 G.P.A. in high-school, great SAT scores, and a plethora of academic awards (enough to match my athletic ones) were the ensuing results.
Throughout that year Ryan worked with me on my mind and my body, helping me to achieve the success I accumulated. It didn't stop there either. My new goal at the end of that year was to be accepted at an elite prep-school as a Postgraduate to play hockey, further my education, and augment my chances of being accepted at a premier Ivy League or Liberal Arts College on the East Coast. This past summer we took to the gym, rink, field, and office once again to begin Phase Two. I was even more determined and hungry for success, and my hard work paid off as I was accepted to Deerfield Academy, one of the top prep schools in the country. Ryan left no stone unturned.  When I broke it to him that I had a social disability regarding language that was making me uncomfortable around others, and consequently isolated, he dedicated himself to training me socially. Ryan always preaches “making our weaknesses our strength” and this social disability I had was, at that time, my biggest weakness.     Now, writing this from Deerfield Academy I have made many companions, who are not just pals, but good friends.
As far as training and hockey go I still talk to Ryan every week. He reviews my game tapes and monitors my training.  I would not be in the situation I am in today without him. Words cannot do justice to what I have learned under him. I now live my life in the most productive, most industrious way I can, having determined that there are still great things ahead of me.
In closing, Ryan taught me how to work hard through time to achieve the goals I had set for myself.
He can do the same for you too."
